ドイツのテレビ放送
屋根からアンテナが消え，テレビもインターネット経由の IP TV が主流になっています。
ドイツでテレビ放送を受像するには，電話・インターネット回線を提供する通信事業会社のサービスに含まれている IP TV を利用するのが一般的です。電話回線やインターネットと組合わせなくても，スタンドアローンと呼ばれる別途独自の IP TV のみの契約も可能です。
テレビのチャンネル（番組）数は100前後ですが，提供会社によって多少異なります。また，最近は人気の高いスポーツ中継はSKYなどの有料テレビでしか見られないことも増えてきました。そのように IP TV の基本番組以外の放送を受像したい場合は，SKY をはじめジャンル別に分類され，別途（加算）料金で申込む必要があります。
